Peppers Beach Club, Port Douglas

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view, the service from the staff left much to be desired, especially during our difficult moments with maintenance issues. The facilities, particularly the pool, were fantastic, but the dining experience was lacking in variety. Overall, it could have been a great experience if not for the service and dining shortcomings.

The location of the hotel is superb, just a short stroll from the beach and shops, making it convenient for families. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side with no separate sitting area, which might not be ideal for those looking for space. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the service felt a bit lacking at times. Dining at the restaurant was a treat with delicious food, though not always the most affordable. Overall, while the experience was pleasant, some aspects could use improvement.

The hotel offers a great beach escape with its beautiful pool and convenient amenities. However, my experience was marred by a disappointing room allocation and a mishap with service at the bar. While the location is excellent and the facilities are enjoyable, it seems that not all rooms are created equal, which might affect future bookings.

I had a wonderful week at the resort with my family, enjoying the lagoon-style pool that was a big hit with everyone from the grandchildren to the grandparents. While the happy hour was enjoyable, I think the swim-up bar could use some more seating options nearby. The units we stayed in were fantastic, featuring great amenities and an excellent location that I can't wait to return to. There were some minor issues, like the need for better seating around the pool area, but overall, it was an amazing experience.

I had a frustrating experience during my stay at Peppers Beach Club Resort. The air conditioning leak and safe malfunction were major issues that left us disappointed. However, the hotel has a beautiful pool that offers a beach-like atmosphere, and some staff members were helpful with tour bookings.
