Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view, the service from the staff left much to be desired, especially during our difficult moments with maintenance issues. The facilities, particularly the pool, were fantastic, but the dining experience was lacking in variety. Overall, it could have been a great experience if not for the service and dining shortcomings.

I had a wonderful week at the resort with my family, enjoying the lagoon-style pool that was a big hit with everyone from the grandchildren to the grandparents. While the happy hour was enjoyable, I think the swim-up bar could use some more seating options nearby. The units we stayed in were fantastic, featuring great amenities and an excellent location that I can't wait to return to. There were some minor issues, like the need for better seating around the pool area, but overall, it was an amazing experience.
